Patient Registration

Please note that all patients are to register at the Health Center registration desk, which is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday throiugh Friday. Urgent Care is still available from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day in the Health Center. Those patients seeking Emergency Care can go directly to the Emergency Desk at any time.
