CMH Golf Outing
Time: 1:00 P.M.
Location: Indian River Country Club
Make plans to be part of this year's event, Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at the Indian River Country Club. Proceeds from this charity event will be used for the Surgical Equipment Initiative to benefit patients at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital.
Registration per 4-person team is $500 and includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, box lunch, complimentary pre-dinner cocktails and buffet dinner. This fun-filled scramble will be limited to 36 teams. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.. Cocktails at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
Team member list deadline is June 4, 2009.
