ServSafe Food Workshop
4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: Health Center Conference Room A
Serving safe food is top priority for the front line worker in a restaurant. It is also for church volunteers, 4-H clubs, childcare providers and any other service organization that prepares and serves food to the public. ServSafe teaches what you need to know in this four-hour basic training.
This workshop takes place Thursday, October 22, 2009, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Conference Room A on the third floor of the Cheboygan Memorial Health Center, 740 South Main Street, Cheboygan. Cost is $25 and covers the workbook, handouts and refreshments. Instructor is Carolyn Penniman, MSU Extension Family and Consumer Sciences Educator.
